AKAUSHI WAGYU
Akaushi cattle are renowned for their exceptional marbling and heart-healthy attributes. Distinct from conventional beef, Akaushi cattle exhibit elevated levels of beneficial Omega-3 fatty acids—comparable to those found in olive oil—imparting a rich, buttery flavor to the meat.
At Martens Family Farm, we raise our cattle from birth without the use of hormones, feeding them a diet of corn and pasture-grown grass. At our farm, we utilize advanced genetic testing to ensure that we selectively breed animals that will yield the highest-quality, premium cuts of beef.



BEEF QUARTERS
Get ready to stock your freezer with our premium beef 1/4's. Each quarter typically yields around 50 lbs of ground beef and approximately 60 lbs of assorted cuts, including steaks, brisket, roasts, stew meat ribs, liver, and soup bones. Please note, buyers are responsible for processing fees and will pick up their meat at a local meat market. Appointments are limited so please plan in advanced if you are interested.

RAISE YOUR OWN AKAUSHI
Our animals are all certified and bred from Heartland Genetics and are registered with the American Akaushi Association. We currently have F1 & F2 cattle available for purchase.
